If ordering from Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Faire, the return policy is whatever they have set up.

If ordering direct from us, we do not accept returns unless you received a defective product. You must contact us first before sending back, all authorized returns will be shipped back to our Riverside, Ca. warehouse.
