Have you ever wanted to attach and air-filled balloon to a surface, card or object and found yourself using tons of clear tape or other creative methods to get the job done? Well, Control Balloon Products is here to help with their Stick Bases (with peel-off tape).
To use, have a stick ready (see our amazing Bubble Sticks) with a cup (see our Regular TL Cups). Tie air-filled balloon to the cup. Then insert the balloon stick base end into the Stick base firmly. Locate the surface you would like to place the base of the stick. Peel off the tape seal and plant firmly on surface or location.
